Request Forms

The process starts when a client fills out your Artistree request form.

When you receive a new commission request, Artistree creates a new commission card and places it in the “Requested” column of your dashboard.

New Commission Requests

Click a commission card in your dashboard to see more information:

Client name/nickname: The name your client filled out on the commission request form.

Commission status: The current status of this commission. A commission status can be one of the following values:

• Requested
• Awaiting Payment
• In Progress
• Awaiting WIP Approval
• Revision Requested
• Awaiting Final Approval
• Closed
• Cancelled
• Paid (Invoice Only)

Commission ID: Artistree’s internal system identifier for this commission. Artistree Support might ask for this ID in a help case.

Description: A description of the commission order, provided by your client.

Reference Image(s): Images provided by your client. Click to expand images. Right-click (or long-press on mobile) to download.

Type: The commission type your client is requesting.

Is commercial: Whether the client wants to use this image for their business.

Artistree will update and track commission statuses automatically, to help keep you organized!
